30-Day Money Back Guarantee: If you are not 100% satisfied, return for a full refund. Contact us and we will email you the steps for a full refund. Any lost, stolen, or damaged units are not covered under warranty or eligible for refund. This guarantee only applies to orders placed on ShotKam’s webstore at shotkam.com and shipped to USA. All international orders shipped from this website will be charged a 15% restocking fee. All associated shipping fees are not refundable.

Holiday Extension: We understand many orders are Christmas gifts, so any orders placed between November 25th and December 25th may be returned through January 31st.

Two (2) Year Warranty: If any technical issue arises within two years of purchase, please email us at support@shotkam.com for a Return Authorization Form. The warranty is non-transferable and remains solely with the original buyer who purchased on ShotKam's online website directly. It does not transfer if the camera is sold to a new buyer. The warranty is linked with the buyer's name and email address.
