Every ShotKam includes one free mount. The standard mount included is the 12 Gauge mount. If you need a different mount instead, you can request a custom order by emailing support@shotkam.com or Live Chat with us.

No, one 12 Gauge mount is included with every ShotKam. It is a quick-release clamp that opens like a claw, so you can easily move it between 12 Gauge shotguns. Having multiple 12 Gauge mounts will not make switching guns any faster. If you lost the original, you can buy an extra 12 Gauge mount here.

No, the mount is lined with rubber pads and will not damage your barrel when installed correctly.

Our most popular rifle mounts are the 20 Gauge mount (for 18mm–22mm barrel diameters) and the Moderator Mount for rifles with silencers. The Moderator Mount fits 14mm–18mm barrel diameters and requires at least 76mm of exposed barrel to clamp onto. Always measure your barrel diameter with a digital caliper and match it to the ShotKam mount size chart above.

Yes, ShotKam works on compound bows using our Bow Mount, which replaces the stabilizer and is the same diameter as a 12 Gauge barrel, so the included 12 Gauge mount attaches directly to it. For crossbows, use the Rail Mount to attach ShotKam to a section of rail. It requires at least 50 mm of rail space.
