I was a little worried about the battery life when deciding between this and the bigger ShotKam. I really didn't want anything heavy on my gun. Battery life has been great. Easily lasts me a few rounds of trap. I love how easy it is to move between guns. Sharing with a buddy, and we can swap it in just a couple minutes.

I ordered the Gen 4 Shotkam as a training aid for my sporting clay obsession. I have to say I am very impressed. Being able to see my POA is very beneficial. The first time I used it I had a problem with extended videos. I adjusted the sensitivity and has worked great since. If you are on the fence about buying the Shotkam, just do it. You won’t be disappointed.

This is the first season my daughter has come hunting with me and I wanted to get her a ShotKam of her own. She's only 11, so I was wanting to keep the gun's weight as light as possible. The Mini did the trick. You hardly notice it's there.

I don't normally bother with reviews, but I have to say, the entire ShotKam experience has been fantastic. From the sale, to support, to the quality of the camera, I have zero complaints. I would absolutely recommend the ShotKam in a second.

Skeet shooting - Easy to set up and use. Set it and forget it. Being able to see your pellets helps determine the quality of your shot besides just the timing of the shot. Shipping was very fast. My unit quit working after a couple weeks - a call to Shotkam got it replaced with a new one immediately.
